The 2023
Double Exposure Project

When I began this eight month long project, my vision was to create a series of photographs with symbolic narratives. By exposing a frame twice, I was able to create dynamic visuals with juxtaposing color palettes, overlayed scales of size, and scenes taken hundreds of miles apart.

 

Images of people tell stories about their heritages, passions, and beliefs. Other images present surreal compositions that suggest multiple timelines or dimensions.

 

My intention is to inspire depth… Whether generating awe and wonder about how an image came to be, or revealing below-the-surface stories we hold, I present these layers that I hope make you think and feel in ways that are out of the ordinary.
